Boredom Box- Capstone Research
This is project on challenging our cultural fear of boredom and addresses overstimulation. Illustrative and graphic works entirely self produced.

My project challenges our cultural fear of boredom and argues for its vital role in healthy mental development. Deliverables included a poster and an interactive installation called the Boredom Box. The outside of the box is flooded with hyper-stimulating imagery. Entering the box is a quiet, voluntary act—a symbolic step into boredom. This project invites viewers to sit with stillness, reconnect with their thoughts, and rediscover the creative potential of doing nothing.
